How can I get better skin in time for New Years?

I know that sleep, exercise, and drinking lots of water help, but are there any ways I can treat some acne with products I can find at home? I%26#039;ll also be wearing a bare back dress and I%26#039;ve found some acne. How do I get rid of back acne without buying any products at the store?|||no junk food, sugar or soft drinks--even diet--none--and no cheese..drink lots of water...eat vitamin C and lots of vegetables with malt vinegar on it...(that will help tons the videgar--also it busts fat)shower with very very hot water and CARBOLIC SOAP(VERY important)get it at drug store or bulk soap place=very inexpensive-comes in a bar and will make your skin clear up very very fast
