How do I protect my skin as best as possible when on the sunbed but still get a good tan?

Im going on for 2 minutes, have super fair skin and want to protect my skin from skin Cancer thread veins and sunburns, should i get a really high factor suncream i.e. 45spf?|||Its been medically proven now that no sun bed is safe, not even for 2 minutes. Get your tan from a tube or spray can.
