Suggestions for vitamins i should take to keep my skin clear of acne, smooth, non-oily and wrinkle free.|||B vitamins.....b12 also helps hair and nails....and don%26#039;t forget your calcium supplements and drink at least 8 glasses of water daily!!

but eating a healthy diet and exercising does help tho!|||Not to sure about vitamines but i know soy bean are very good.|||prenatal vitamins are the bomb for your skin, hair and nails.
