I want to tighten the skin on my face in certain areas.What are ways i can achieve this. Thanks so much for the advice.|||You didn%26#039;t mention the areas. Some areas loose their shape due to thinning of skin and some due to loss of muscle tone. If you have A LOT of time to spend, such as on a long drive to work every day, you can rebuild muscle over many months.
The muscle under your chin can be tightened by trying to clear phlegm from your throat (not by coughing) by making a vacuum. You will feel this area raise up when you do it right. HOLD this for 10 or 15 minutes or more, every day. Once it starts to be strengthened, keep lifting it throughout the day.
Your cheek area can be built up by trying to raise your upper lip up and out (like a parody of a vain movie star). You will feel your cheekbones tighten up if you do it right. Check your mirror, do not allow this to become so extreme that your lip makes creases or the folds on the side of your mouth form.
Hard to do - and takes forever to see results. But it does work.|||um u can get some surgery done or go to a spa and get a rape|||Preparation H really works well.|||Just grow old gracefully and be proud of yourself at any life stage...
