What causes thinning of the skin around the anus to the point that small fissures open up and how do you cure?

I wear cotton boxer briefs, so breathability shouldn%26#039;t be an issue and I do not engage in any form of anal sexual play. I%26#039;ve even resorted to cleansing the area with alcohol-free baby wipes and using Bacitracin Zinc antibiotic ointment.





Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks|||I actually had this too. Just be gentle with your %26quot;cleaning%26quot; for a week or so. and try not to get to sweaty and to stay seated for long periods of time. It fixed mine.
