What types of plants cause skin reactions for dogs?

I have a 6 month old boxer and he has had troubles with bumps all over. they just start 2 months ago. We treated for fleas, bacteria infections, and all worked for the time it seemed but then it would come back again. He is on revolution flea/tick control. He was fine for weeks but just last night he broke out again. all along his back. he also plays and chews on a lot of plants here in oceanside. were at wits end. Anyone know what could be causing the reaction?|||There are a number of toxic and non toxic plants that can cause reactions. To view them go here:

You might also want to take a look at the food you are feeding him and talk to your vet about ruling out any food allergies.|||It%26#039;s most likely an allergic reaction to the gluten in their food. Very common in puppy%26#039;s, sometimes they outgrow it other times they don%26#039;t.

Get a good quality, limited ingredient food like Natural Balance LID or Bil-Jac, and there are others but these are the two I use.|||It could be a food allergy. My best friends pit bull had the same thing happen and he had to switch dog food. This solved the problem within a week or so.
