How do I keep my skin from getting oily?

I wash my face in the morning and put on mineral powder because liquid foundations are too oily, but by the middle of the day my face is soooo oily. I use blotting sheets but i want something to last all day. Any bases or something ment for keeping your oil under control, under makeup? Links are awesome|||stop spilling oil on urself?
