How to take care of skin and prevent break outs and get rid of black heads?

what kids of stuff can i do like vitamins to take and food to eat/ avoid.|||Some things that you have to consider is where you live and what types of weather you are in. For example, I live in Colorado where it is super dry even when it is snowing, so when I wash my face more than once my face becomes just covered in dry skin. I wash my face once in the morning and once at night, and that does the trick.


But some things you can do are:





#1. Decide upon the wash you will use and keep it going. (No switching back and forth between products and/or skipping some days)





#2. When you wash your face, don%26#039;t scrub it off! I like to basically give my face a nice soothing massage.





#3. Apply some type of toner and lotion after the wash. Occasionally (about once a week), try a mask.





#4. Try not to touch your face! Make it a rule and every time you find yourself touching your face, remove your hands and eventually that will just come second nature.





#5. One of the most cliche ones, but big ones, is to try to at least eliminate greasy foods and/or add good foods such as berries and fruit. This will help A LOT!





#6. When it comes to make up, use the good brands that are non comedogenic and such so they do not clog your pours.





#7. Last, maintain stress levels if possible. Go for that nightly walk, read a book, take a moment out for yourself. Sometimes acne can be triggered by stress.

Don%26#039;t wear too much make up, keep your hair off your face, wear comfortably fitting clothing, too. The friction from tight, uncomfortable clothing will irritate the area, causing it to inflame. They say there is no connection with eating habits and acne, but still stay away from greasy foods and stuff. I also heard that drinking too much milk can cause it too, cus it has a special hormone in it.|||take daily vitamin C tablets, and NEVER pop your zits, change your pillow case periodically, dont scrub your skin, eat foods with little sodium because that makes your face oily, and dab your skin when it get super oily because black heads are oil that has been built up on your skin and turned...black. Lol. Those are hard to get rid of. Get an blackhead scrub and scrub your nose ONLY! And nose strips, you leave them on for 5 min and strip them off. Works great! And wash your face twice a day





Breakouts are alot of times caused by stress and hormones!|||Avoid acidic foods like Porridge - that can cause break outs.


Drink water, cut down on alcohol...don%26#039;t eat greasy fatty foods.

But you can try to buy a moisturizing cream and face cleanser for your everyday use. Use it at least two times a day (Morning %26amp; Night). It%26#039;s best to exfoliate your skin at least once a week.|||don%26#039;t eat outdoor foods like McDonald%26#039;s or those fast food restaurants NO GREASY FOOD!wash your face twice a day(morning when you wake up and night when you sleep)either use regular soap or acnewash like neutrogena or proactive eat foods like homemade food avoid soda and those drinks eat at least 1 veggie/1 fruit everydaydont touch your face unless your washing it you can put on makeup if you like this is how i turned clear headed!|||buy an anti bacterial body wash like dial and wash your face in the shower. Rinse your face and then wash it again until it is squeaky clean. Drink plenty of water and eat blueberries. Try to avoid rubbing or touching your face|||Buy the acne lotion on acne.org, it worked for me in one week. My skin has stayed clear ever since. sweat....... i no it sound gross but the sweat coming out willclean ur skin inside out





proactive works amazing!!!|||i agree with all answers on here but i just want to say DON%26#039;T use proactive!! it%26#039;s horrible stuff!!! i%26#039;ve tried it (twice) and it made my skin HORRIBLE and MUCH WORSE!!! seriously don%26#039;t do it!
