How do I stop my skin getting so red?

Whenever im in warm temperatures my face goes bright pink/red. I alson blush really easily. Foundation does nothing you can still see the red right through it. Is there any stopping it?|||It sounds like it might be rosacea. I work for a skin care device company and red skin is a common problem. if you have insurance just go to the dermatologist.
