I%26#039;m italian, when I was younger I had a vey healthy olive skin complexion. As i%26#039;ve gotten older my skin tone has lightened considerably, to what is near enough %26quot;pale%26quot; and rather dull. I don%26#039;t tan, because I don%26#039;t want to damage my skin. I recently purchased an %26quot;facial exfoliater%26quot; that is said can remove dullness with frequent use. I%26#039;m also reviewing my diet.
Does anyone have any other tips?|||water water water and loads of it !! found when my skin was dull that when i started drinking water it made a huge differeance!! also get one of those moisturisers with a tint in it , amazing the difference it makes...|||go for regular massages.I%26#039;ve been having face massages recently and my face looks vibrant.Face massages circulate the blood in your face and unclogges pores from dust and dirt.Another way is to go out in the sun but make sure you put on suntan lotion if you do not want to damage your skin.Also eat lots of vegetables and fruits.your diet may be unhealthy.
