My dog is having a skin reaction to Revolution. Any suggestions to relieve the itching?

I%26#039;ve tried putting cortisone cream on the effected area but it is driving her crazy. I applied the Revolution 2-days ago and have been using it for a couple of years. This is the first time she%26#039;s had this type of reaction.|||We use revolution too... It%26#039;s pretty odd for her to just get it out of nowhere if she%26#039;s been getting it for years. A good shampoo may help:

But you should probably ask the vet, since it%26#039;s weird for it to come out of nowhere. I DON%26#039;T recommend you switch to frontline, as the other posted stated. Because frontline and advantage aren%26#039;t flea and heart worm preventatives like revolution is. They just take care of fleas. Promeris (sp?) is another brand that works like revolution. Check with your vet and see what they suggest.|||wash your dog with a degreasing dish soap (scent free) and try frontline next month
