How can I make my skin look more healthier?

I had a breakout on my chin area and I don%26#039;t know what to do.

I%26#039;ve been washing my face, but I think I am washing my face more than I should be. Is it bad to wash your face a lot?

How can I make my skin look more healthier?|||The best acne product i have ever used in my life is AcneFree,

its works REALLY good and fast.

But in regards to make your skin look healthier (this may seem girly but guys can use it too!) is this product called the Neutregena Wave. I have seen such a difference in my face ever since i%26#039;ve been using it. It makes it so smooth and mosturized. You%26#039;ll love it! And its kinda cheap!|||You should wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and again at night before bed. Try a moisturizer after you wash you face. I would suggest Clean%26amp;Clear. Thats what i use and my skin is clear, smooth, and i love it! Use morning burst facial cleanser and the morning glow moisturizer w/ SPF 15 to protect your face from UV rays during the day. At night use andvantage acne cleanser and the advantage oil-free moisturizer. And if there is a small breakout area somewhere on you chin, forehead, ect. try advantage acne spot treatment. You can buy all this stuff at your local drugstore or wal-mart. Hope this helps! Here%26#039;s a link to the site to help you see what i%26#039;m talkin about:http://www.cleanandclear.com/|||Spots around the chin area are sometimes associated with stress so maybe that could be the cause. I drink green tea and it is great because it detoxes you so should hopefully help a bit. Tea tree oil is good for tackling spots but if you need something stronger a cream with benzoyl peroxide is also great. Failing that you may need a short dose of medication but outbreaks happen so I would say it will clear up of its own accord soon.|||heyyy! okay so i used to break out allll the time. i never had clear skin. and then about 6 months ago i got impetigo which is a NASTTTYY staph infection on my face from playing sports. im a model and i have to have perfect skin so i went to the doctor for my impetigo and on top of taking pills he prescribed me a cream called %26quot;benzaclin%26quot; IT IS AMAZING. you wash your face really well and wait until it is completely dry and then you apply benzaclin to your skin as many times a day as you want. i put it on at night mainly on my nose, cheeks and forehead. ever since i got benzaclin my skin has been PERFECTTT! its so great. you put it on a zit at night and when you wake up it is gone. its like miracle cream. i still put it on every night even though i dont have breakouts because it helps prevent them. i can honestly say i havent had a single spot on my skin for the past 6 months. i cant reccommend this stuff enough. also it is better not to scrub your face a lot because it irritates your skin. wash your face at night with dove sensitive skin soap and hot water. when you wake up splash your face with hot water but dont use soap. that helps open your pores. and also DONT use all those face washes you can buy at stores. they are full of extra perfumes and ingrediants you dont need. okay so anywayy go to the doctor and get benzaclin! email me if you have any questions!!!|||Wash your face twice a day. If you take a shower in the morning, wash it with FACIAL soap, not body or deodorized soap, and a mild exfoliator or cleanser, like St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Then at night, wash your face with the cleanser, rinse, and use a Stridex pad to medicate your breakout. Or, if you shower at night, vice versa.

TOO MUCH SCRUBBING IS BAD! YOur face will get to dry and send your body signals that it needs more oil, creating more acne. Dont use a loofah on your face.

HOpe I helped|||Ok. I have the alot too. And I cured it but not easily.

Go soft on your face while washing it.

Buy green tea Dove soap.

Get washing pads for your face and throw them.

away once you use them once.

Don%26#039;t eat greasy foods.

Eat watermelon before you eat your meals.

Drink 2 cups of water everyday.

Don%26#039;t wear makeup while exercising. ^^

After you do these, your skin should cure up in a week. I wish it could be done in a day or two, but this might take time. And if your skin doesn%26#039;t look healthier, then see a skin doctor and he/she will prescribe some medicine.|||u need a healthy and natural remedy. that means no chemicals please.

1. drink 8 glasses of water a day (honestly, it works bc it gets rid of all garbage, chemicals and sugar that is in your body)

2. limit your fat intake (very little saturated fat)

3. dont eat sugar, soda, chocolate and candy

the reasons for 2 and 3 is simple. fat and sugar all lead to your face and can cause acne, blemishes, pimples and all that suff

all the best and good luck

p.s: a change in diet can also be the issue that u had a breakout|||Drink water

excersice

eat blueberries whenever possible

TOMATOES WORK LIKE CRAZY WITH THE SKIN....

drink warm milk w/ honey %26amp;%26amp; cinammon at night if you can

SLEEP

some products are used for certain areas better than others

I have never broken out on my chin, I just scrub ALOT with a natural mint julep wash|||The combination of Tea Tree Oil soap and the Clindamycin antibiotic cream is the best for Acne and pimple.

For blemishes I use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which are available online. These work wonders.

Maybe it will work on you too.

Try searching it through Google %26#039;shopaholic%26#039;s bargains%26#039;|||Washing your face too much may strip it of the essential oils that it needs, and then your face will get dry. Try using Clearisil - I heard that it works really well. And you can buy it almost anywhere. Hope I helped :).|||use this wrks sooo awsome

http://www.murad.com/ibeCCtpItmDspRte.js…|||It is different for everyone, I am telling you. I wish I could give more information but like I said, it%26#039;s a different story for everyone.|||try goindgto the dermatologist for better and accurate results. ive tried it and my skin is flawless and insurance could pay for it|||Drink lots and lots of water.|||keep washing your face on a daily basis with some really good moisturizers|||nothings better for your skin than drinking a lot of water|||sweat.|||eat fish, drink lots water

exercise (gives glow)

zit cream :D|||Many beauty products on the market have harmful chemicals in them; do your favorite beauty products contain any of these things?:

* Mineral Oil, Paraffin, and Petrolatum – Petroleum products that coat the skin like plastic, clogging pores and creating a build-up of toxins, which in turn accumulate and can lead to dermatologic issues. Slows cellular development, which can cause you to show earlier signs of aging. Suspected cause of cancer. Disruptive of hormonal activity. By the way, when there’s an oil spill in the ocean, don’t they rush to clean it up – fast? Why put that stuff on your skin?

* Parabens – Widely used as preservatives in the cosmetic industry (including moisturizers). An estimated 13,200 cosmetic and skin care products contain parabens. Studies implicate their connection with cancer. They have hormone-disrupting qualities – mimicking estrogen – and interfere with the body’s endocrine system.

* Phenol carbolic acid– Found in many lotions and skin creams. Can cause circulatory collapse, paralysis, convulsions, coma and even death from respiratory failure.

* Propylene glycol – Used as a moisturizer in cosmetics and as a carrier in fragrance oils. Shown to cause dermatitis, kidney or liver abnormalities, and may inhibit skin cell growth or cause skin irritation.

* Acrylamide– Found in many hand and face creams. Linked to mammary tumors in lab research.

* Sodium laurel or lauryl sulfate (SLS), also known as sodium laureth sulfate (SLES)– Found in car washes, engine degreasers, garage floor cleaners… and in over 90% of personal care products! SLS breaks down the skin’s moisture barrier, easily penetrates the skin, and allows other chemicals to easily penetrate. Combined with other chemicals, SLS becomes a “nitrosamine”, a potent class of carcinogen. It can also cause hair loss. SLES is sometimes disguised with the labeling “comes from coconut” or “coconut-derived

* Toluene – Poison! Danger! Harmful or fatal if swallowed! Harmful if inhaled or absorbed through the skin. Made from petroleum or coal tar, and found in most synthetic fragrances. Chronic exposure linked to anemia, lowered blood cell count, liver or kidney damage, and may affect a developing fetus. Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) contains toluene. Other names may include benzoic and benzyl.

* Dioxane– Found in compounds known as PEG, Polysorbates, Laureth, ethoxylated alcohols. Common in a wide range of personal care products. The compounds are usually contaminated with high concentrations of highly volatile 1,4-dioxane, easily absorbed through the skin.

Dioxane’s carcinogenicity was first reported in 1965 and later confirmed in studies including one from the National Cancer Institute in 1978. Nasal passages and liver are the most vulnerable. Dioxane is easily removed during the manufacturing process by “vacuum stripping”.

Warning: It is a synthetic derivative of coconut. Watch for hidden language on labels, such as “comes from coconut”.

IF SO, you should throw them away IMMEDIATELY and you can substitute virgin/extra virgin olive oil or a natural coconut oil to moisturize in the meantime until you find a better, natural alternative!!! Tell ALL your friends and family!!!
