Is it unhealthy for your skin to get a natural sun tan during the summer?

Is it ok for to purposely get a sun tan during the summer or is not good for your skin?|||a tan is your body%26#039;s response to sun damage... so in short.. no tan is healthy. tanning is a protective measure to prevent further skin damage|||It is not good for your skin. North Americans suffer more from skin cancer than people in other continents, one direct reason is that the sunlight in North America is much stronger than other areas. Another reason is this unhealthy love of being tanned. The sun tan lotion we use lose its protection within certain period of time. If you do not apply the lotion again, your skin is exposed directly to the UVA-UVB.

You might have noticed that many fair-skinned people have beautiful face skin but speckled body skin.|||You should get the exposure to the sun for Vitamin D each day. You should get this while doing something physical like walking, running, sports, etc.. You shouldn%26#039;t lie down and sunbath at all. That%26#039;s begging for premature wrinkles and skin cancer.
