What's the best way to cook chicken drumsticks with or without skin?

I want to use a garlic butter? any good recipes?|||A very simple recipe that you will be amazed at how good it tastes.


Rub the drums with sea salt and deep fry them.


Crispy!|||My favorite way is marinating them first for a couple of hours (preferable overnight) and then grill them.





You can also marinate them and put them in a slow cooker with some chopped onions, garlics, cilantro and a little bit of tomato sauce.|||Probably with skin, as this will keep them moist. You can try to lift the skin before baking to put some of the garlic butter on the chicken. The butter will also make the skin nice and brown and crispy. I%26#039;m hungry now!|||grill them and put the butter under the skin|||I like to make them this way. Skin them. Then pour Parmesan cheese in a dish. Season it with garlic powder and Italian seasoning and cayenne if you like a kick. Now coat the drumsticks with melted butter and roll in Parmesan mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 min-1 hour until juices run clear. You may want to cover them lightly with foil if they start to get too brown.
