How can I protect my skin from sunlight?

In winters, often used sunscreen after that my skin has burned during day time. I used SPF 30 sunscreen. It already burned so pls tell me how can I prevent my skin. Tell me something natural care tips.|||Apply liberate amount of suncreen 15 mins. before step out of the house. Reapply every 2 hours if you can%26#039;t avoid the sun. Better if you use black umbrella with silver coating from the inside to give you more protection


from direct sunlight. If you already have sunburn apply mosturiser sparingly


and avoid rubbing hard the area.|||Get one of the new sun blocks that are broad spectrum, I know Neutrogena has one out now and I%26#039;m sure there are others out there.





Re-apply it at least every 2 hours, more often if you swim or get really sweaty.





If you still burn, go to the dermatologist and get prescription strength sun block.|||Stay in the shade. Avoid the sun from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This is when sun rays are strongest. Don鈥檛 be fooled by cloudy skies. Harmful rays pass through clouds.|||Plant some aloevera plant in your home and apply the gell of the aloevera leaves it protects your skin as well as helps heeling your burns. You find this plant in any nursery.
