What is the best dry skin lotion out there?

Hello, I have really bad dry skin under my arm pitts and near my breasts which is kinda wierd. Anyways I was just wondering which is the best dry skin lotion out there, that could help this?|||It sounds like your deodorant is responsible for the dryness under your arm pits.
