How can i avoid loose skin after loosing allot of weight?

I started at 300 lbs. I%26#039;m currently at 270. I started to lift wights this week but I want to get down to at least 220 I%26#039;m worried that i will have alot of loose skin after dropping that much weight.|||Keep up with the weight lifting or you can always do those body wraps.
