How do you loose the skin after you have lost the weight?

I%26#039;m a 17 year old high school student and I%26#039;m 5 foot 8 inches and 160 lbs. I recently lost about 20 lbs in less than 2 months because of a medication change and now I seem to have a little too much skin for my size... Do any of you have suggestions on what I could do to get help with that problem, other than surgery? Please answer usefully. Thank you.|||I would suggest getting toned out, lifting weights for the arms, doing abdominal work for your stomach area, and anything cardio for the legs.|||build muscle on it the reason you are losing this wieght like that is because you are eating less from your medication. Your body needs to get energy somewhere so its going to eat the fat but the skin is still going to be stretched. I suggest you get off the medication and try dieting and exercise.|||20 pounds is not a huge amount when you started at 160 pounds. People gain 50 pounds with pregnancy, lose it and don%26#039;t have excess skin. You need to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet.|||You can tone with weights.|||work out 3 times a week. get a trainer
