How can I get my skin to stop getting red when i work out?
It%26#039;s kind of embarrassing and I want to know some way, if possible, I can get rid of it.|||When you exercise, your muscles create heat energy, which heats up the blood flowing through them. The warmer blood, in turn, heats up your whole body. Because your body has to try to stay at a constant temperature (98.6F or 37C on average), it must try to cool itself by two processes: perspiration, whose evaporation cools the skin and the blood flowing near it, and opening up the small blood vessels closest to the skin, so that the heat can be absorbed by the air next to the skin. This extra blood flow near the skin is the cause of your skin turning red. In a nutshell, it%26#039;s perfectly normal and nothing to be embarrassed about.|||You can not stop your skin from getting red when you workout you Create heat the skin get red as the blood is try%26#039;s to cool your body down so when you work out it a good thing that your body get red
