How can i get clear skin and hair growth fast?

My hair is sholder length and i cut it last summer and it hasnt grown that much maybe a inch or so and i despretlly want it to grow.I tried horse shampoo and it didnt work.I straighten my hair,dont tell me not do that because i honestly wont listen is there any ways?|||Part of it might be because your hair is fried from the straightener.
