What is the best way to remove red-food-coloring stains from skin?

I%26#039;m shooting a horror movie, and I%26#039;m using red food coloring as a coloring agent for fake blood. Due to multiple takes, I need for my actor%26#039;s skin to appear normal for each new take.|||use rubbing alchohol and scrud your hands with lots of soap|||soap n warm water! lol
